This week Yr Hendy welcomes Mumbles RFC together with their committee and loyal supporters. We also welcome our WRU referee Mr. Matthew Evans of Lydstep, Pembs and look forward to a competitive game played in good spirit by both sides.
We played at home against Carmarthen Athletic three weeks ago and secured a bonus point win at 32-22. We also displayed some strong flourishes of rugby which bodes well for our remaining three matches before Xmas.
We note that Bont has risen to the number one slot because it is a game ahead. Today we play Mumbles who have not shown the form this season as last year. This sets the expectation for Hendy to maintain consistent performances and play to our potential. Photos from last years home game with Mumbles where Hendy prevailed 29-22.
Hendy is looking forward to a successful season of rugby as we build towards our 125th year in 2017/18. Its that time of the year where we need to renew our club membership.
